Training Management System - Website
The training management system can be used as a stand alone web site or integrated within your existing web site. The website functions are intended to provide a set of tools which present rapid access to the information on the training you offer. The application includes features to provide a flexible product catalogue which can be structures according to your organisations requirements. The web catalogue is directly linked to the core TMS application and so all data can be made available as part of the catalogue without additional data entry. This can include for example, course specifications, pricing, availability. If you allow you customers to log onto the web site it is also possible to provide customer specific prices using the discount module. The website features also include modules which can be used to build a custom brochure of information which can be delivered by email.
All forms of training can be added to an order form and a complete checkout process completed. The checkout supports the collection of booker and attendee information as well as payment and other information. The checkout process is like all elements of TMS configurable to meet your organisations requirements.
