Training Management System - Certificates

The certificates module extends the core TMS Application to add the additional data elements required to handle the certificates required for Certificated Training.   At a course level the certification body, certificate template and pass and fail information can be defined.  

The module also provides a series of additional screens that allow for marks to be entered into the system.  These screens can be made available either to Course Administrators or trainers over the web as appropriate.  The access to this score recording is controlled by permission.  It is possible to implement the score recording as a two phase process where the trainer or marker submits a set of scores.  These scores can then be reviewed by a course administrator before being applied to the attendee record.

Once certificate numbers have been generated by the system the course administrator can download a batch of certificates for printing locally.

It is also possible to use the certificate data stored in the system to give attendees access to their certificate online if required. Optionally this can be in the form of a secure signed PDF file.
