Training Management System - Brochure Builder

The brochure module extends the TMS Application to allow the end user to select courses which they are interested in to compile a personalised brochure. The data for the brochure selection is delivered from the TMS database which can include, but is not limited to, course specifications, prices, dates, locations and availability.  This ensures that the user always receives the latest information available as there is no additional data maintenance required for the brochure builder.

Following the course selection, the courses selected by the user can be delivered via email, PDF or in a number of different formats as well as a printer friendly format should the user wish to print the information. 

The design of the brochure builder can be configured by the site administrator. Similarly the format and design of the email and/or PDF can be customised as required by the site administrator.
