Training Management System - Webforms

The webform module provides a set of tools that allow an administrator to forms inside the TMS Application that can be used for ad-hoc data collection such as training enquiries.  The forms are designed to be used by end users of your website and provide a simple easy to use method for data capture.

The data captured using a web form can be summarised and exported.  An administrator can configure a web form to send an email on submission of a web form.  By combining the webform module with the Workflow module complex operations can be performed on the submission of webforms.  This can include creating new data in the TMS Application or any other workflow action when a form is submitted.  It is possible for example to create a new opportunity and add an activity for a sales person to follow up.

The messages displayed to a user when they complete the web form are customisable by the system administrators.
