Training Management System - Workflow

The TMS Application has a powerful workflow engine which provides support for a number of the core application functions.  It also allows for organisation specific process automation to be defined to automate repetitive processes and actions.  The workflow engine has complete access to all of the data stored in your TMS Application.  The workflow engine can respond to any number of events and conditionally perform actions.  

Examples of the available events include:

• Create, View, Update, Delete of any data in the Application
• Scheduled Activities
• Completion of a checkout process
• Calculating the sell price of a course
• Use of a marketing coupon / voucher on a order
• Form validation

Using the workflow module it is possible to easily define complex business process automation that can not only create and update data in the TMS Application but also call external services.
