CourseBooker Add ons - Advanced Rules Based Processing

The Rules Based Processing module in Coursebooker can be used to automate many key processes.  Applicity have developed a set of add ons which enhance the functionality of RBP.  The add ons provide advanced processing extensions which can be used from within RBP.  Examples of the functionality that is provided are as follows:

• Activities can be automatically be allocated to individuals rather than being owned by a group to ensure ownership and fairness in allocation. 
• Activities can be allocated to the owner of a course.
• Activities can be allocated based on geography.  
• Automate the production of documents and email such as confirmation, joining and post event packs.
• Integration with external systems for placing orders.
• Linking to external survey tools.
